Cancellation Policy

Course Schedule and Payment: 1. Classes are held weekly excluding holidays. 2. Payment is required for every 4 classes in advance, regardless of whether the month contains an additional 5th week. 3. Classes will only commence once a minimum of 4 students have enrolled. If the minimum is not met, the starting date will be postponed until sufficient enrollment is achieved. Makeup Class Policy: 1. Each student is allowed one makeup class per session. 2. To schedule a makeup class, students must provide a written notice to the school at least 24 hours in advance of the missed class. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of the makeup class. Additional Notes: Students are encouraged to attend all scheduled classes to ensure consistent progress. Payments can be made via the designated methods outlined by the school. It's essential for students to communicate any scheduling conflicts as early as possible to accommodate makeup arrangements.
