QUESTIONS?

If you are looking for Spanish lessons for your kids, here's what you need to know

Is your child too young?
No. There is no minimum or maximum age to start.

  • Birth to Age 7: This is considered the critical period where the brain acts like a sponge, absorbing sounds and grammar naturally.

  • Ages 3 to 10: Children are highly receptive and can often pick up a native-like accent.

  • Babies: Even if they can't talk yet, they are tuning their ears to the rhythm of the language. Expose them!

  • Big kids 18+, you start at a beginner level just like kids, and you are just as capable of learning at any age. Don't let your brain trick you into thinking the contrary.

Ages 3-12. What is our approach? Fun, immersion-style learning that feels like play. We know that, as adults, we are more interested in them learning a second language than they are. That's why we make the classes as fun as possible, integrating games and activities to help them learn in entertaining ways.

How long are the classes?

Our classes for children are 45 minutes long because we know kids' attention isn't long. And after 45 minutes, they are ready to go to their next activity.

We divide our classes into three 15-minute blocks: review what they have already learned, learn something new, and practice with a game or specific activity.

What do we offer?

Private tutoring for kids in the comfort of their home or at the closest Library.

We also offer group classes (up to 6 kids per group). We start at 3 years old and go up to 15 years old. We separate groups by age range. You can form your own group with neighbors, friends, and family.

Do you teach families?

Yes, we have a family program for two parents and two kids, or just siblings. These classes are a great way to start with your kids and be as committed as they are. These classes are for kids, focusing on vocabulary and beginner-level grammar.

We are a multicultural family, and our children don't pay attention to mom/dad when trying to teach spanish.

Many of our students come from multicultural households where at least one parent speaks Spanish, yet a common barrier persists: the children cannot communicate in their heritage language. In the United States, it is a common challenge for parents to default to English for convenience and ease in daily life.

This often leads to a moment of realization in which parents feel they have "lost the battle," finding that teaching Spanish has become an uphill struggle because the children lack the motivation to learn.

You have found the right place! While children often resist learning from parents, they thrive under our engaging, expert guidance. We specialize in sparking a genuine interest in Spanish through fun, interactive lessons. Give us a try and watch them connect with their language roots!

What if my child is shy or doesn't want to speak at first? This is completely normal! We use the "Natural Approach," where children go through a "silent period" of listening before they feel ready to speak. Our play-based methods (fun activities and games) are designed to lower anxiety and make speaking feel like a natural part of the fun.

Can I see what my child is learning? Yes! We believe in keeping parents in the loop. You’ll receive periodic updates on the themes we are covering so you can practice high-frequency words and phrases at home together.
